This significant support reflects global recognition of our commitment to empowering the women and youth of Gilgit-Baltistan and enabling them to access meaningful opportunities in the digital economy.
This grant marks a new chapter for SheDev, one that will allow us to scale our impact to regions that have long remained underserved, overlooked, or disconnected from digital growth.

SheRozgar: A Flagship Digital Empowerment Program
SheRozgar, a large-scale digital skills and mentorship program designed to train and support women and youth across 07 regions in 2026:

SheRozgar is built specifically for beginners, young women who have the passion and potential but lack access to training, mentors, or safe spaces to learn.
What the SheRozgar Program Offers
In 2026 participants will receive free, hands-on training in in-demand digital domains such as:
- AI-Assisted Content Creation
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- E-Commerce & Online Selling
- UX/UI Design Basics
- Machine Learning Fundamentals
- Blockchain Basics
But SheRozgar is much more than a training program.
