PS Careers — Website Redesign & SEO Growth
Australia
Career Coaching
Overview
PS Careers is Australia’s leading public sector career coaching platform, helping government professionals at all levels land and advance their careers. When they approached SheDev.pk, their website was already live — but it was failing to attract visitors, generate leads, or reflect the quality of their services.
Challenge
The existing website had a basic, unattractive design with no SEO in place — making it completely invisible on Google. There was zero organic traffic coming in, the site was filled with irrelevant placeholder images, and despite being a strong, in-demand service, the business was generating no online leads or sales at all.
Solution
SheDev.pk started with a full website audit to identify every issue before writing a single line of code. We then completely redesigned the website on WordPress with a modern, professional layout built to convert visitors into customers. All placeholder images were replaced with high-quality, relevant visuals. Finally, we implemented a full SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page optimisation, meta structure, internal linking, and technical SEO — to make the site visible and competitive on Google.
Result
Top Google rankings
Website ranks on the first page for targeted keywords
Traffic from zero
Consistent organic visitors arriving from Google search
Sales
started
Leads and online sales began flowing in for the first time
9 more websites
Client returned with 9 additional sites to redesign
Conclusion
What started as a single website rescue turned into a long-term partnership. By combining a thoughtful redesign with solid SEO foundations, SheDev.pk helped PS Careers transform their digital presence from invisible to a consistent source of leads and revenue — and the client trusted us enough to hand over nine more websites to improve

Guitar GPS Method — Course Platform Migration
United States
Online Music Education
Overview
Guitar GPS Method is a US-based online guitar academy that uses a unique gamified learning system — students earn points for completing lessons and hitting milestones, making learning structured and motivating. The client needed to migrate their entire digital course library off ClickFunnels and onto a self-hosted WordPress platform using Thrive Apprentice.
Challenge
The client had a large volume of digital courses hosted on ClickFunnels — a platform not designed for scalable course delivery. They wanted full ownership and flexibility by moving to WordPress, but their existing gamification system had many interconnected moving parts that made the migration technically complex. Keeping track of all the work also required better task documentation across the project.
Solution
SheDev.pk handled the full migration of the client’s course library from ClickFunnels into Thrive Apprentice on WordPress, carefully transferring all course content, structure, and access. The team worked through the complexity of the gamified LMS platform — ensuring points, milestones, and course progression all functioned correctly together. Task documentation was also structured throughout the project to keep the client informed at every step.
Result
Full migration done
All courses successfully moved from ClickFunnels to Thrive Apprentice
Gamification intact
Points, milestones and course progression working correctly
Platform ownership
Client now has full control on self-hosted WordPress
Happy client
"She helped us quite a bit. Thank you!" — Preston, Guitar GPS
Conclusion
SheDev.pk successfully delivered a complex, large-scale migration that gave Guitar GPS Method full ownership of their course platform and the freedom to grow without the limitations of ClickFunnels. The gamified learning experience that makes the academy unique was preserved throughout — and the client left the project with a faster, more flexible platform ready to scale.
